🎄 OCLS will close for Christmas and the New Year starting Monday, December 23, at 5 pm (ET).🎄
We reopen Thursday, January 2, at 8 am (ET).
The databases and tutorials are available 24/7.
Librarians may not be available during all open hours but will answer ASAP.
How do I cite an article or book I found in an OCLS database if it doesn't have a DOI?
Finding a DOI
Use CrossRef to locate the DOI for your article.
Please note that not all articles or books have a DOI.
Using Academic Writer
When filling out the form in Academic Writer, the DOI field in the Source section is not required. You can leave it blank.
