How do I cite a webpage?

When citing information from a webpage, remember you need to cite specific pages, not the site as a whole. The most common situations will be webpages with an individual author or group author.

Using Academic Writer

There are several reference types in Academic Writer for webpages.

Select one of the reference types and fill out the form.

Websites, Social Media, and Online Forums

  • Webpage
  • Webpage on a news website
